Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“Quickbitz” refers to Quickbitz Pty Ltd, the supplier of goods and services.

“Trade Customer” refers to an approved business entity holding a valid ABN and authorised to purchase under a Quickbitz Trade Account.

“Goods” refers to automotive performance parts, components, electronics, and related products supplied by Quickbitz.

“Trade Account” refers to an approved business account providing access to trade pricing, services, and ordering privileges.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for, accessing, or using a Quickbitz Trade Account, the Trade Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Trade account approval and ongoing use constitutes acceptance of these terms and forms a legally binding commercial agreement.

3. Trade Account Eligibility and Use

Trade accounts are strictly available to legitimate automotive or related businesses operating under a valid ABN.

Trade Customers agree:

  • To use trade accounts for business purchasing purposes only

  • Not to provide trade pricing to retail customers or external parties

  • Not to allow unauthorised use of their account by third parties

Quickbitz reserves the right to suspend or terminate trade accounts if misuse or policy breaches are identified.

4. Orders and Supply

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods.

Quickbitz reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

Quickbitz reserves the right to:

  • Review and correct pricing errors (including freight miscalculations)

  • Limit quantities supplied

  • Refuse supply where commercial, stock, or pricing errors occur

Where pricing or freight errors occur, Trade Customers will be notified and given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

5. Pricing, Confidentiality, and Payment

All pricing is provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Trade Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trade pricing is strictly confidential

  • Pricing, product data, and commercial terms must not be shared externally

  • Login credentials must not be shared outside the approved business

Quickbitz reserves the right to revoke trade pricing access if confidentiality is breached.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may change without notice.

6. Shipping, International Freight, Insurance & Risk

6.1 Freight Charges and Adjustments

Shipping charges displayed at checkout (including automated platform-calculated freight such as Shopify rates) are estimates only and may not reflect the true cost of freight, particularly for bulky, oversized, heavy, or international shipments.

Quickbitz reserves the right to:

  • Obtain formal freight quotations from carriers after purchase

  • Recalculate shipping charges to reflect actual freight costs

  • Issue a supplementary invoice for any additional freight charges required

Dispatch of goods will not occur until all freight charges are paid in full.

If the Trade Customer does not agree to the revised freight cost, they may cancel the order prior to dispatch, and a refund will be issued for goods paid (excluding any non-refundable special-order items).

6.2 International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Freight charges are subject to confirmation after order placement

  • All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and destination country charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

  • Quickbitz accepts no responsibility for customs delays or additional charges imposed by foreign authorities

  • Quickbitz accepts no responsibility for additional freight charges due to weight and or volume of goods and any additional freight charges will be additional invoiced to the Customer or the Customer may elect to arrange their own freight carrier to collect the goods.

6.3 Customer-Arranged Freight

Trade and International Customers may elect to arrange their own freight carrier to collect goods from Quickbitz premises.

Where customer-arranged freight is used:

  • All freight arrangements, costs, insurance, and risk are the sole responsibility of the Trade Customer

  • Goods will be deemed dispatched once collected by the purchaser’s nominated carrier

6.4 Insurance

Freight insurance is not included in shipping charges unless specifically requested in writing and paid for in full prior to dispatch.

If insurance is requested:

  • Quickbitz will obtain a freight insurance quote

  • The insurance premium must be paid before dispatch

If insurance is not requested and paid:

  • Goods are shipped at the purchaser’s sole risk

6.5 Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the Trade Customer immediately upon dispatch from Quickbitz premises or upon collection by the purchaser’s nominated carrier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickbitz is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage occurring in transit

  • Freight delays

  • Carrier mishandling

  • Uninsured shipments

7. Returns, Credits, and Restocking

Trade sales are commercial supply transactions and may be subject to different return conditions than retail sales.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Returns must be pre-approved

  • Restocking fees may apply

  • Payment fees outside of our control may apply

  • Special order, custom, electrical, international, or clearance items are non-returnable

  • Return freight is the responsibility of the Trade Customer unless goods are supplied incorrectly or are faulty

8. Warranty and Liability

Quickbitz passes through applicable manufacturer warranties where available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No additional warranties are provided

  • Quickbitz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Trade Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and correct application before installation

9. Privacy

Quickbitz collects and manages business and contact information in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.

10. Intellectual Property

All Quickbitz branding, data, images, pricing structures, product data, and technical information remain the property of Quickbitz or its suppliers.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Legal action may occur where breaches are identified.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Quickbitz may suspend or terminate Trade Accounts without notice where:

  • Pricing confidentiality is breached

  • Login details are shared externally

  • Fraudulent or misleading activity is detected

  • Terms are otherwise breached
